Terms of Service

Cubby (working title) is an in-home daycare management tool, currently in early development. Provider accounts are subject to manual license verification before access is granted.

Cubby provider accounts are for individuals who operate or intend to operate a licensed childcare business. You must provide accurate business and license information when signing up. We verify licenses manually against state records and may decline or revoke accounts with inaccurate information.

As part of verification, we send a one-time code by SMS to the phone number listed on your state daycare license — not the number you signed up with. By requesting a code, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Cubby at that number. Message frequency varies and is limited to verification. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. If you opt out, you will not be able to complete verification by text.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@cubbydaycare.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other providers' data, interfere with verification, or use Cubby for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Cubby is provided "as is" during early development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Cubby after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
